How does it work?
Purchase your tickets for the event, and you’ll be sent your whisky drams (5 x 25ml per person) by post (signature required due to age-restricted content), along with tasting note cards. A digital info pack will be sent by email with instructions on how to be set up for the event, and ideas for food and decorations to make your St Andrew’s Day a true celebration of Scottish culture and wildlife.
Then log on to Zoom at 6pm, and enjoy a guided tasting of the five quality Scottish whiskies provided, alongside fascinating insights into five wild mammals found in the landscapes where those whiskies are distilled and matured. You’ll have plenty of opportunity to ask questions, and you’ll gain an insight into whisky making, Scottish wildlife, and the links between the two.
A recording of the guided tasting will be circulated for those who could not participate live on the day.
After the event you’ll receive links to information about the distilleries and the wild mammal species you learned about in the event.
