Species Restoration Panel

Britain is one of the most nature-depleted countries in the world, but many are working towards changing this.

In this event, we will be joined by experts from Saving Wildcats, the Cairngorms National Park, and the Lifescape Project to talk about restoring mammals to the UK. The three focus species will be wildcats, beavers, and lynx.

We will discuss what has been done so far, the successes and the challenges, and what the future looks like for these charismatic animals.

Everyone is welcome to attend, and there will be a chance at the end to ask questions.

This event will be held on the 16th of April 2025 starting at 6:30pm GMT via Zoom. Tickets are free, and any donations will go towards the conservation work of the Mammal Society.

Please note a link to the Zoom will be sent to you via email before the event starts, if you haven't received one please check your spam folders.
